Alex Smith has nearly 25 years of experience in construction and real estate. Previously, he worked in the Northwest managing large-scale commercial and residential development projects which totaled over $40 million.
Since focusing on Arizona’s residential market, he’s cultivated trusted relationships with investors to underwrite and sell luxury homes. In the last five years, Smith has personally contracted, developed and sold over $30 million in real estate transactions, while also leading a team of agents to execute more than $200 million in sales. He’s proud to have acquired hundreds of homes in the Valley and looks forward to developing many more unique and profitable projects.
Marc Nassos has a longstanding career in Arizona real estate. He holds both real estate and mortgage licenses, and he’s dually experienced in the commercial and residential markets. Previously, Nassos served as vice president of a local home builder where he worked in land acquisitions, entitlement and development, as well as home design, project proformas and banking relationships. He’s successfully underwritten and provided private money financing for builders and investors in excess of $120M. Nassos is an award-winning home builder in the luxury division and can’t wait to transform more remarkable properties.
