In Arizona, Alex has built a reputation for identifying high-potential opportunities, securing prime land parcels, and leading projects from concept through completion. He works closely with investors to underwrite developments, optimize project viability, and deliver distinctive, profitable builds. Over the past five years, Alex has personally contracted, developed, and completed over $30 million in residential projects, while overseeing the acquisition of over a hundred properties across the Valley.

Marc Nassos has a long standing career of more than 20 years in Arizona real estate. He holds both real estate and mortgage licenses, and he’s dually experienced in the commercial and residential markets.
Nassos served as the former vice president of a local home builder where he worked in land acquisitions, entitlement and development, as well as home design, project proformas and banking relationships.
He’s successfully underwritten and provided more than $120M in private money financing for builders and investors. Nassos is an award-winning home builder in the luxury division and can’t wait to transform more remarkable properties.
Marc graduated from Arizona State University, practices old school values, and inserts them in an ever-changing real estate marketplace. His positive, energetic, and accountability traits has also led him to participate in several successful start-up companies in different vertical markets over the years.
